AI Bot Reply Integration

allowing our bots to understand and respond to users in a more human-like manner. This innovation ensures that interactions are not only faster and more personal but also easier to follow. Our primary objective is to offer a streamlined and efficient user experience through cutting-edge AI capabilities, creating a more engaging and interactive platform.
Using an AI bot reply can be tricky. If you use an AI bot reply to your regular chatbot, it will only give you a single reply to your questions after that it will answer based on its built instruction. But if you want your bot to reply continuously, you should use it in a no-match reply.
Unlike standard chatbots that provide a single response based on predefined instructions, our AI bot replies continuously, adapting to user input dynamically.
For seamless integration of AI replies into your bot using Flow Builder, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the WhatsApp or Telegram section and select "Bot Manager."
- Choose the bot account you wish to use.
- Select "Bot Reply" and click the Create button.
- Double-click the “Start bot flow” component and assign a trigger keyword.
- Right-click or drag the “AI Reply” component and connect it to the Start bot flow or any other desired component.
- Double-click the AI Reply component to set up the training data. For a comprehensive response setup, consider adding the AI reply to the No-Match template to handle any unmatched keywords.
- Now save the bot flow, and you are good to go.
To set up AI Reply in the No-Match template:
- On the Bot Manager page, scroll down to “Action buttons.”
- Select the “No-Match” button.
- In the visual flow builder, right-click or drag the “AI Reply” component and connect it with the Start bot flow.
- Double-click the AI Reply component to configure the training data. For instance, if you are creating a bot for your company, include detailed information about your business to help the bot handle out-of-the-box questions from customers.
